We're hiring!

LICENSED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN

Join a Veterinary Team that Sees and Supports You—the Whole You

Are you in search of a clinic where you feel seen and supported?

Do you want to work with others who can help with resilience in a tough-as-nails industry?  Do you love to learn, and do you have a drive for applying what you’ve learned?

If that sounds like you, then Clearview Animal Hospital might be your perfect fit!

Why You'll Love Working Here

Whether it’s staff trips to WVC in Vegas, Holiday Pet Photo-Booths, in-clinic Easter Egg Hunts, in-clinic Movie Viewings, or Fall Fire-Pit excursions--we find excuses to have fun pretty much anywhere we can.

We also make it a priority to chase down personal and professional growth opportunities and compensate or reimburse those interested in further certifications.

At our core, we believe that the level of care received by patients is tied to the well-being of the team that’s providing it.  If we want our patients to thrive, then we need our staff to do the same.  This is why we include Personal Growth, Curiosity, and Know Better-Do Better in our list of core values.

Our Core Values

  • Patients are Priority: quality comes before quantity—always
  • Integrity is Everything: Honesty with clients and coworkers is non-negotiable
  • Team Spirit: we all pitch in and lift each other up
  • Offer Solutions: don't just bring problems--bring ideas!
  • Bring Your Curiosity: if you don't know, then ask! There is no shame in ignorance--that is where real learning begins
  • Know Better, Do Better: to improve our level of care, we must actively seek knowledge and pay attention to the way we do things
  • We Find Strength in Compassion: be kind, everyone’s limitations are different
  • Inclusivity: we accept, respect, and support differences as well as all types of positive self-expression
  • Personal Growth: be motivated to learn and to become your best self

Compensation & Schedule

  • This role typically earns between $25 – $32 / hour
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement benefits, including Matching 401k
  • Vacation and Sick Pay, as well as Pet Care Discounts
  • No Weekends, no nights, no on-call, no overnight patient boarding or on-call emergencies
  • Continuing education (CE) support
